Spinach Calazone Hearts

One of my daughter's favorite meals is my Spinach Calazone.  She requests it all the time and often will have 2 or 3 helpings.  So as a special treat, I decided to make Calazone Hearts.  They took a little more work, but the finished products was so worth it.
We took our regular pizza crust, cut out hearts and filled them.  Then I just brushed the top with an egg wash and sprinkled some Parmesan cheese.  Plus the spaghetti sauce is a fun red twist.  So if you're looking for a special Valentine's dinner, don't forget to give these a try.  A new idea for an old favorite.
