Chocolate Covered Cherry Cookies

 photo IMG_9666_zps1551253e.jpg

These were a tradition growing up.  My Great-Grandma came up with these cookies and my Grandma always made them for Christmas.  In our house, they've moved to Valentine's Day and make a wonderful treat with the chocolate and red cherry.
